Normally, I carve a lame pumpkin. I never use a stencil, and usually get very frustrated with dumb mistakes I make. My pumpkin faces generally look demented and well, quite lame. This year I was very happy with myself because I carved an adorable lady poison pumpkin! I don't think anyone could tell what it was in it's day time state, but once lit up it was very apparent. I'm sad I only got a gross phone picture of the lit up pumpkins, but better than that nothing!

My husband thinks it's insane, but this is only the third time in my life I carve a pumpkin, so, as I mentioned below, I get super excited with Halloween/pumpkin related fun.
We had quite the fun pumpkin carving party. I made chocolate chip cookies and homemade pizza (recipes to come soon).
I hope you all enjoyed your Halloween weekend.
