As of Late

I've got tons of adorable photos captured over the past week and Memorial Day weekend that I want to share, but alas, my iphoto is going crazy and I have no medium to upload my photos onto.  I will get that fixed asap.

In the meantime, this is what I've been coveting/inspired by as of late.
I've never died my hair, in all my 25 years of life, and I don't think I will be any time in the near future.  This style seems less daunting because it's dying the tips rather than committing to a whole head of dye. First off, my hair has to be way long for this style to look even minutely cute.  It has to be very well done and the tones selected properly, otherwise it looks terrible and cheap.  If it's still in fashion when my hair is long, I'll reconsider it.

I have been completely obsessed with bold lips lately.  I always did go for the occasional lipstick statement, but nowadays with baby taking up so much of my time, a quick jot of lipstick is what makes me look alive.  I go for YSL's Rouge Pur Couture in Le Fuchsia when I'm in the mood for a good hot pink (without that tacky neon look).  When I want a red, I go for Mac's Russian Red and occasionally Revlon's Matte Real Red.  I also like a bold orange every once in a while, and I found Revlon's Super Lustrous lipstick in Siren.

These pictures are the light at the end of the tunnel of long hair.  I just can't get there fast enough.

Because her and I have very similar body types, petite but shapely.  I always realized this, but as of late, since having baby and feeling very breastilicious, I have been embracing my inner Elizabeth.  I find that most anything that looks good on her, probably looks pretty ok on me.  And I currently have her signature short hair style, so it all works out.

Ciao for now!
