A Berry Healthy Smoothy

I'm all about a deliciously satisfying smoothy, especially if I can feel guilt free.  This recipe is super easy, tastes great and is quick to make.


• 3/4 cups kefir (I sometimes use goat milk kefir and it tastes great)
• 1 banana
• 1/2 frozen fruit (I use a mixed berry from Trader Joe's)


• Blend the kefir, banana and frozen fruits to desired consistency.
• Pour into a chilled glass or a travel mug for a quick on the go breakfast or snack.
