Easy Breakfast Sandwich


This is my favorite breakfast sandwich ever. It's quick and easy and tastes like heaven.

I originally came up with the idea when I decided my favorite sandwich at Shakabrah, a local breakfast spot was missing an ingredient. Basically I replaced spinach for parsley, which adds much more of a kick.


I also make a much better egg. I like mine to be lightly scrambled and very fluffy and buttery. I mix olive oil and butter when making my egg. It gives it extra flavor.



I usually spread the avocado to avoid it falling all over the place when biting into it.

There you have it. A healthy and quick breakfast sandwich.
