Highwaist in Hilltop

These pants make me feel very, chola. I don't know if that's ok to say. But it's the truth.

I don't generally go for corset high waist styles, but it's all good in the hood.

The lighting was annoying, the sun kept moving in and out, so that was a bummer. There's always next time though. We'll work it out with the big old sun. No hard feelings.

Let's talk about these shoes for a second. My friend Alexis wrote about her latest Nordstrom rack steal in great and amazing length in one of her recent posts (here). And, she basically summed up the ecstatic feeling of scoring big time on an awesome pair of shoes.

These here Prada cage heels were marked down to $140. I know, I know, SHUT the front door! The many reasons I adore The Rack. We should start a "How The Rack Did Me Good" series, I know you like this idea Alexis.

And as I mentioned previously the clutch was a Goodwill steal, maybe that's another series in the making?

What I'm wearing: jeans: alexander mcqueen // top: alice & olivia // shoes: prada (nordstrom rack steal!) // earrings: f21 // clutch: goodwill

    1. Thank you! Yea the super high waist can be hit or miss. I don't always feel like I pull it off that well, but it's always worth a shot. I will see what I can do about my diet and exercise routine. Thanks for the comment!
