On a Blue Bird Day

On a blue bird day, you should wear blue. It's just the logical thing to do. I like monochrome outfits, remember? (here)

Not that this outfit is necessarily monochrome, but if the sky is blue and I'm matching then... you catch my drift.

I don't know why I feel the need to explain everything.

If you recall me wearing this skirt before, you would be thinking of this post. In case you wanted to know the various ways I style a skirt that reminds me of a porcelain vase. I was going to say china (you know, the dish variety), but I figured that sounded pretty weird. No, this skirt does not remind me of China.

I cover the fact that I don't wear makeup most days, with weird sunglasses. How do you guys feel about the round 90's style shades? I know I've been wearing them since January, so it's a bit late to be getting opinions, but really?

I never thought I could rock them. Then again, I never thought I would have enough confidence to do "outfit" posts. Oh how we grow.

What I'm wearing - skirt: vintage (retrospect tacoma) // top: american apparel // necklace: tj maxx // sunglasses: thrifted // shoes: swedish hasbeens

Let's talk about these shoes. Clogs are freaking awesome. They make you feel so dainty and Swedish. Like you should be carrying pails of milk and yodeling sweet rhythms.

Not to mention, they are extremely comfortable. I am so in love with my first pair of Hasbeens.

Now for the most important part, dancing in clogs, a huge must. Let the weird commence.

  1. You know how much I love a crop top and high waist skirt. And love all the blue!

  2. Love this look. You look so adorable and fun!
