When it Rains, It Pours

It has been raining non-stop for the past several days (you're thinking: "big whoop, you're in the Pacific Northwest," right?). We can usually manage quite well around here with the predictable drizzle, but attempting to take photographs in a full on monsoon looks something like this.

There's not much to see here folks!

What I'm wearing - hat: forever21 // jacket: old navy // tights: comando // boots: vintage // sweater: thrifted

But I don't hate rain. Sure it gets annoying when you're trying to host an outdoor event (realistically, no one even tries that around here between the months of October and April), or wear a fun outfit that looks best without a parka, but for those of you who dread the rainy months, take a step back and think about it. Rain can be your friend. Rain is full of ions that make you feel good, so instead of hiding away from it, get your ugliest hat on and get out there.
