Under the Willow Tree - 26 Weeks

Spring has sprung and so has this stomach of mine. It's feeling larger these days, but I am still taking on the challenge of styling it up. The nice thing about the warmer weather is being able to dress into lighter skirts and dresses, but then with that you can end up looking like a Coachella festival girl who put on some weight (am I the only one who thinks they are all ridiculously skinny, Alexa Chung style?)

Anyways, that's neither here nor there. My goal, wearing airy, light pieces but still looking prim and put together. We'll see how that goes. You may or may not have noticed that I like goals.

I'm still working out and trying to stay relatively fit. Carrying a heavy load can be a lot of work for a smaller person like myself, so I'm finding that the more fit I am the easier it is.

Speaking of carrying a load, I've not been much for wearing heels lately. I have a feeling I'll be living in my Soludos espadrilles for the summer. But they are so cute, so that's not much of an issue to me.

I know it doesn't seem like it, but I have a pretty large head (it's got a long back). So, I bought this Panama hat in the largest size JCrew had and can shove it onto my head, but these days I feel like my head might have grown (or the hat shrunk from not being worn all winter?). Tales of a girl with a big head and big hair.
